Xerophytes & Geophytes
ORDERING INFORMATION
Filling in the order form All prices are in UK POUNDS. There are no on-line ordering facilities, so please print out the order form, fill by hand and snail-mail to me together with payment.
Dispatch
Winter-growing
bulbs will only be sent out during July and August while still dormant; they are
watered again at the beginning of September. Summer-growing bulbs will usually
be mailed in February or March. Conophytums and other succulent plants can be
dispatched between August and March, except during periods of cold weather. If you wish to order more than 3 plants of any species,
please check availability by E-mail first. Orders may be placed in advance of
the normal dispatch season and will be processed in order of receipt; cheques will only be cashed
when plants are mailed.
Postage & Packing A flat rate charge of £2.00 for the United Kingdom and £2.50 for other European countries should be added to your order to cover the cost of postage and packing. Where regulations allow you to purchase from outside Europe, the postage charge is £3.50.
Payment
This
should accompany your order and can be in the form of cash, Postal Order or a
Sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank. A cheque with the value left blank but
endorsed with "not to exceed £x", where x
is the maximum possible value of the order, will avoid substitution when
plants are out of stock. Continental European customers may pay in UK Pounds in
the form of International Money Orders, otherwise they can send cash as UK Pounds, American Dollars or Euros.
Eurocheques are no longer acceptable because of the enormous clearance fee charged by UK banks.
All
cheques should be made payable to T. Smale
